Your accounting records and other corporate documentation may be stored in any number of ways including paper copies at your site and/or scanned copies on the server. We review the documentation supporting your accounting records, ensuring the accessibility of those documents when they are required.
We reconcile bank and credit card statements to the accounting records
If requested, an accountant will visit your office periodically to write checks for you to sign or your bills could all be paid electronically.
While at your office, our accountant will prepare and record bank deposits or you can make the deposits and send us scanned copies of the checks received.
We will set up standard reports in QuickBooks that you can provide to your lender or business associates as needed or as scheduled.
